There comes a point when you realize that growing up is not simply about getting older.
It is about figuring out who you are.
What you value.

What you will no longer accept.
What kind of relationships you want.
What independence means to you.
And ultimately, who you are becoming.
THE W.H.O.L.E. HER is a 12 week small group life coaching experience designed specifically for young women navigating this transition into adulthood.
She does not need to have everything figured out.
She needs space to figure out what matters to her.
THIS IS HER SPACE TO EXPLORE!
KNOW HER
Identity, confidence, self worth, personal growth and understanding who she is beyond outside expectations.
BUILD HER
Emotional wellness, communication, boundaries, relationships and self respect.
POSITION HER
Purpose, values, money, independence, decision making and personal accountability.
BECOME HER
Vision, goals, intentional living, action and creating the next chapter.
WHAT SHE RECEIVES
• 12 weekly, 60 minute in person group coaching sessions
• One private 30 minute coaching session
• Participant workbook
• Weekly reflection exercises
• Small group accountability
• A maximum of four participants

THE W.H.O.L.E. HER is not about telling a young woman who she should become.
It is about creating space for her to discover who she is and helping her develop the awareness and practical tools to make intentional choices.
The conversations are honest.

And the goal is growth.
INVESTMENT
$750 PER PARTICIPANT
Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment.
Only four participants will be accepted into each cohort so that the group remains intentionally small and each young woman has an opportunity to be seen, heard and supported.
